Macklemore and Ryan Lewis Sing "F*** Donald Trump" During Energetic Set at BottleRock Music Festival

In their final scheduled U.S appearance of 2017, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis held nothing back during their set on Day 1 of the BottleRock Music Festival.

The duo charged through hits like “Can’t Hold Us,” “Same Love” and “Downtown” in their hour and a half slot. But one of the highlights came during a performance of YG’s 2016 song ft. G-Eazy and Macklemore titled “FDT (F%&$ Donald Trump) Part 2."

“If truth be told, Donald is a terrorist/Reasons why the world's got a problem with Americans,” he sang with authority to a highly receptive Napa crowd. The corresponding video to the song featured clips of Trump protesters, as well as some infamous moments of the 45th commander-in-chief.

But things weren’t all serious about Macklemore’s set. Along with dressing in a wig and blue cape for the song “And We Danced,” the frontman also recalled what had happened a few hours earlier when he chatted on the culinary stage with the one-and-only Martha Stewart.

“Martha Stewart is now my homie,” he said. “We were on stage together, flipping chicken and she whispered to me, ‘You can’t cook for S***, but you dress really well.’” Macklemore then launched into his classic “Thrift Shop,” which had the festival faithful singing to every word.
