Bad news for U.S. Olympic swimmers Ryan Lochte and Jimmy Feigen. They were indicted last night by Brazilian authorities for allegedly lying about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio.

A judge will decide whether to accept the police indictment. If the judge chooses to do so, the swimmers could face a fine or up to six months in prison for falsely reporting a crime.

Police say the men vandalized the gas station and security officers demanded the men get out of their taxi and pay for the damages.

Ryan Lochte's attorney says the swimmer's stories 'are 95% consistent.'
