I am in a couple of weddings this year, so I'm trying to watch what I eat.
What is the healthiest option?
1. Beer or Wine?
- Go for the wine! Especially if it's red, because it can reduce risk of heart disease and cancer.
2. French Fries or Potato Chips?
- French fries are my weakness, so I'm happy that they ARE healthier than potato chips! They absorb less fat during the frying process, so go for the fries.
3. Grilled Cheese or Mozzarella Sticks?
- I ordered mozzarella sticks at every restaurant I went to until I was about 12, so they have a special place in my heart. GRILLED CHEESE is healthier though because they aren't fried and can be made with whole wheat bread.
