There's a junior in high school who didn't make the varsity soccer team and now his mom is suing for age discrimination!!
At the boy's school, only freshman and sophomores can play on the JV team and since he didn't make varsity he won't be on any team.
A judge listened to the arguments last week and will decide on the case today.
