Meet Dylan! He's 13-years-old and has 3 siblings.
Dylan lost his father to brain cancer in April and Dylan has also been fighting brain cancer himself.
He was able to attend school this year and is happy to be back with his friends. He loves video games, especially fortnight!
We can't wait to take Dylan and his family to Disney!
