Meet Adrienne!
She's 11-years-old and has medically refractory epilepsy. She's a very complex case and has had five brain surgeries to help reduce her seizures and give her a better quality of life.
Despite all of the doctors visits, surgeries and therapy, she's such a happy girl who loves her sister and her family.
We are thrilled to take her family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
