Meet Kennedi & Dylan!
Kennedi is 17-years-old and Dylan is 14 years-old. They are both diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease.
The kids are in-and-out of the hospital and tolerate pain daily. They are such loving kids and deserve to have some fun away from home!
We are so excited to take their family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
