Meet Jackson!
He's 3-years-old and has Cerebral Palsy. He was born at 24 weeks and has been a fighter since day one.
Jackson started school this year and LOVES it! He's such a sweet, happy boy who loves being tickled and hearing funny noises.
We are so excited to take his family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
