Rachel Townsend from Oregon is suing for negligence after suffering serious injuries due to an overcrowded Easter egg hunt.
She's filed a lawsuit against the venue that held the egg hunt as well as the event planning company that hosted it for $112k.
The lawsuit states that 'the defendants should have known the activity would cause harm if not conducted safely'. Some of her injuries include a torn meniscus in her knee, sprains, strains and she even underwent surgery.
Townsend claims parents were running out on the field opening the eggs, which caused several issues.
