Meet Jacob!
He's 15-years-old and has Down Syndrome. In July, he went to the hospital for what they thought was a stomach bug. He was septic and went into cardiac arrest and doctors were finally able to revive him after 23 minutes.
Doctors couldn't believe he survived, but his strength and zest for life is what kept him going. He's the life of the party, always smiling, cracking jokes and trying to pull fast ones on his sister! Jacob loves all sports. Ping pong is one of his favorite hobbies right now!
We are so excited to take his family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
