Here's the letter we received from Amanda N:
I was terrified of my son starting 3rd grade. From what I have heard this is the hardest year. However, despite the increase in academic work and homework coming home my son has consistently been excited to go to school. Mrs. Rollins goes above and beyond to make learning fun for her students. I have been blown away by her ability to connect with each student. Mrs. Rollins makes every effort to know each student and their family. On the first day of school we were sent home a questionnaire asking our child’s strengths, weaknesses, how they learn best and hobbies we have as a family. I can not think of a teacher more deserving of this award.
