Meet Evan!
He's 15-years-old and was diagnosed with class 4 medulloblastoma after suffering months of headaches. On January 3rd, all visible signs of the tumor were successfully removed. He then began chemo and radiation.
Evan is as selfless as they come. He's always doing things to make others happy. Some of his favorite hobbies are fishing, going to car shows and playing video games.
We are so excited to take his family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope!
