Meet Jacob!
He was born with Down Syndrome, two heart defects and the unique challenges with Autism, Celiac Disease and Hypothyroidism. He had open-heart surgery at just 3-months-old.
The support of his loving family and dedicated therapists has continued to match Jacob's strength and resilience in making tremendous progress in his development.
At home, he enjoys playing with his little sister or playing learning games on his tablet during quiet time. Jacob is a thrill-seeker and likes to play soccer or ride carnival rides. His biggest joy in life is his love for animals, especially dogs.
