Zoe Saldaña could never date someone who didn't care about food.
The Avatar actress was recently featured on iHeartRadio podcast Ruthie's Table 4 with host and restauranteur Ruthie Rogers and shined a bright spotlight on love, food, family, and everything in between. In the beloved podcast, "Rogers invites her guests to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort."
The River Cafe owner asked Saldaña if she used to date often, to which the creative replied:
"I was a serial monogamer, and I should have been more wild, you know, but I was always in relationships."
Rogers also inquired: "Would you ever date somebody who didn't care about food? Could you imagine being in love with somebody who didn't?"
Saldaña quickly replied: "No. No. I always would fall for the guys that were homebodies, that were close to their families, that were very you know, they liked to be home and cozy. I didn't like the party."
The actress married husband Marco Perego-Saldaña in June 2013, according to ABC News, and described him as "sensitive" and "kind" in addition to being a lover of delicious cuisine.
"He's the kindest person I've ever met in my life and he cooks. His family owned a little restaurant and a cafe, and at one point they opened a bar."
