Jay angered a lot of his Facebook fans yesterday by shock. Jay posted a viral video of a parked police car where a few girls asked if they can twerk on the car. The police officer didn't say yes, but also didn't say no and the girls proceeded to twerk on his vehicle. Sometimes the relationship with people that police officers have gets bad press. If this is the craziest thing they want to do, have at it. The officer had a good sense of humor, so why not, let them have fun, right?! Watch the video below.
