There's a group of teachers who are not happy with Reese Witherspoon and her clothing company Draper James!
They are suing her and the company over a dress giveaway from the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
All of the women thought they were receiving a free dress when in reality the company only gave away 250 dresses.
Over 1 million teachers signed up for the giveaway and they're not happy they dished out personal info for a slim chance of winning when they thought they'd be getting one.
An attorney for the company says they plan to fight the case and that the giveaway clearly stated that supplies were limited.
