Meet Conner!
He was born at 25 weeks and stayed in the NICU for the first 229 days of his life.
He developed NEC at just a month old and after 3 surgeries, he lost 54% of his intestines. Due to all the complications during the surgeries, he was then diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.
Conner is the happiest child regardless of his special needs and will brighten anyone's day. He enjoys playing with his toy cars, loves Mickey and Donald, Spider-Man and most of all his tablet.
Conner loves to lay with his doggies Chopper and Jax and enjoys cutting the grass with his daddy on the tractor.
We are so excited to take this sweet boy and his family to Disney!
