Meet Seamus!
He's 3-years-old and was born with a congenital heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot. He also has hypoparathyroidism, so his body cannot absorb calcium.
Through all of the complications he's had to endure, he's the most playful, loving, sweet and smart boy. His parents say 'he is & always will be #SeamusStrong'!
We are so excited to take his family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
