Meet Maritza!
She's 16-years-old and has a genetic connective tissue disorder. She just started going to school again after being homebound for a year.
She has a large following on TikTok where she talks about her journey and uses the platform to spread awareness on feeding tubes and chronic illness. She aspires to be a pediatric nurse or child life specialist!
We are so excited to take her family to Disney World with the help of Jersey Mikes, Planet Fitness, Kroger, Masco, Emagine Theatres, Canterbury Village and Angels of Hope.
